Andrew Bryan is an Irish writer living in The Netherlands who was born and raised in Holywood just outside the city of Belfast. After a passionate religious youth, and studying Divinity at Edinburgh University, Andrew’s curious nature drew him towards acting. Working the London audition rooms and film and TV sets for 15 years, Andrew starred in hit shows such as Game Of Thrones. Not being content as merely a stopgap for two episode roles, Andrew took creative control and began writing his own characters into TV scripts. Two years of knock backs, from production companies and directors, convinced Andrew that the best way to tell his story was to transform his scripts into a fantasy novel series. Lightbearer is the beginning of that journey.
